We serve Forsyth, Cherokee, North Fulton, Gwinnett, Lumpkin and Dawson Counties and all areas along the Hwy. 400 North Corridor directly north of Atlanta, including Lake Lanier.
Our specialties include residential resales, new construction, REO sales (foreclosures), rural acreage, as well as corporate relocation. We pride ourselves on delivering quality service and meeting all your buying or selling needs from the first contact to settling into your new home. We can also represent you as a "buyer's agent" to best assist you in finding and negotiating your new home. Jamie has his ABR designation so he may act as an Accredited Buyer's Agent.

Both Jamie & Lori earned bachelor degrees in Marketing from Georgia Southern University and Kennesaw College, respectively. As well, Lori has been in the real estate business from residential sales to commercial appraising since 1993. Jamie, who was a member of the PGA of America for 10 years, joined the real estate business in 1999 because of the tremendous growth in the Atlanta market. Jamie & Lori have also attended numerous classes and seminars which offer them countless contacts and hours of information. Both are currently members of the "400 North" Board of Realtors and Jamie serves on the Board of Directors for the Board of Realtors.
Jamie & Lori both hold Marketing degrees from Georgia Universities. Their combined real estate experience totals more than 20 years. Technology is the keystone of their marketing plan in today's market.
Because Jamie, Lori and Kim work together in the group, we can concentrate on both Buyers & Sellers. We specialize in areas North of Atlanta, along the 400 North Corridor.
With two children, ages 10 & 14, and dog "Gracie" - The Chapmans stay quite busy, but also enjoy golf, our kids sports & camping. |

Her love for the area has lead her to the profession that she loves and a place that she calls home. After working in Customer Service, Kim learned that customer satisfaction and personal service is a lost art in many professions. That is why it is so important to Kim that from contract to close, her promise
to her clients is to handle their needs with integrity and straight-forwardness. Communication is vital and personal satisfaction is a must. It is very important for her to know her customers on a personal level and to know exactly what their needs and wants are. She wants every client to feel as if they are her only client.
Kim attended Georgia State University majoring in Business Administration. She has worked many years in Customer Service, ensuring her customers were satisfied above and beyond their expectations. As she started a family, she realized the value she could bring to others as a Real Estate Consultant. She attends continuing education to ensure that she has all of the knowledge and the most innovative tools to provide her clients the best service possible. She has experience in new construction, resales and relocations both in and out of state.
Married for 17 years, Kim has 3 great kids (16, 11 and 7 years old) and a yellow lab Lucy to keep busy! Her family lives in North Forsyth County and she enjoys attending her son’s baseball games, running, and trying new restaurants. |
